The following payment methods are available:
* Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
* Bank transfer (available for purchases of 100,000 yen or more)
* Existing credit account (Arrow Line of Credit)
Please pay to the recipient listed on your Chip One Stop invoice.
However, for the most recent invoice, you can transfer to either Arrow new account or Chip One Stop's old account.
In principle, we will carry over based on your existing contract details and payment terms.
*Please note that your purchase history from "chip1stop.com" will not be carried over.
· Accounts Receivable Balance Sheet (A document equivalent to the total invoice previously distributed via ecodeliver will be sent via email.)
· Invoice (Sent via email and can be downloaded from your order history on the website.)
· Delivery Note (Included with the product.)

Yes, arrow.com will support qualified invoices in Japan. The Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number is T5010003046456.
No. Your current billing address remains valid. If any updates become necessary later, guidance will be provided before implementation.
For customers whose membership information is carried over, registered card information will not be migrated and will need to be registered again. Our payment account will also change, and details will be shared via a separate email notification.
None at this time. You can continue placing orders as usual using your existing workflows. Any future changes will be communicated proactively.
