“Our customers tend to be in the mid-tier, with anywhere between 100 to 3,000 users working across all sectors. We have customers in insurance, media and healthcare, so where there is a desire and need to transform operations with digital services, we can help,” said the managing director of iSYSTEMS.
iSYSTEMS used to solely focus on the design and implementation elements of their customers’ projects but transitioned to offering end-to-end services. It wasn’t long before iSYSTEMS also took advantage of the self-service and white-labeled marketplace available within ArrowSphere Cloud: the customer portal. The customer portal allows iSYSTEMS' customers to deploy new licenses and make changes to existing user accounts as needed, without any intervention from the iSYSTEMS team. This scalability is one of the things iSYSTEMS views as a huge value add, and it will be fundamental to the company’s overall growth strategy.
“The next step is for us to broaden our offering to customers, using ArrowSphere Cloud and the customer portal as the platforms for selling bespoke backup and DR bundles, which incorporate our own services, a set of software tools and storage for archiving,” the company’s managing director said. "We want to make it easy for customers to do business with us and access the solutions they need. ArrowSphere Cloud helps us do just that.”
