NCPA works with a lead public agency, who competitively solicits master contracts. Contracts are awarded based on quality, performance, and most importantly pricing.

About NCPA
NCPA works with a lead public agency who competitively solicits master contracts. Contracts are awarded based on quality, performance and most importantly pricing. The solicitation contains language that allows the contract to be accessible nationally to public agencies in states whose laws allow for intergovernmental contract use (also known as "piggybacking" or "adopting").
Entities eligible to use NCPA contacts include State Agencies, Cities, Counties, K-12 School Districts (Public, Charter, and Private), Higher Education Institutions, Healthcare Organizations, Non-Profit Organizations, Church / Religious Organizations, Federal Agencies.
