MyBusiness offers role-based access to ensure your data and privacy are protected. If you were not given a specific role by your organization, you have received default access. If you do not have access to data you need, such as your quote, invoice or order information, please follow these instructions on how to request the role you need. Data access is determined by role as you see below under “MyBusiness Access.”:
- Within MyBusiness, click on your user icon on the upper right of the screen
- From the dropdown, select “My Site Access”
- Near the bottom of the My Site Access page, you will see a section called, “MyBusiness Access”
- Select your required role and click “Submit”
- Once submitted, your request is routed to Arrow for approval. You should then receive an email confirming your new role.
