This program is unique to distribution in that it allows resellers to sell solutions and invoice for recurring monthly services, while Arrow enables end-customers to self-administer services and obtain support directly from Equinix Global Customer Care.

• Equinix support model flexibility: Equinix may provide Day 2 support to end customers. This is deal-dependent to match the customer's requirements.  
• Streamline processes: Leverage pre-existing financial and credit terms and established payment methods with Arrow. Take advantage of procurement aggregation benefits by procuring key components from our combined OEM alliances.  
• Sell easily with Equinix: No contract with Equinix or program certifications are required to begin selling and deploying.
• Accelerate the speed to sales: Equinix channel team will provide resources and engage with you from deal registration through closure and into lifecycle deployment and expansion. 
• Joint platform solutions: Equinix is constantly investing with Arrow and Alliance Partners (including NVIDIA, Dell, HPE, and others) to establish distributor-packaged joint solutions for partner delivery.
