What is the Cloud Innovation Factory?

Cloud Innovation Factory is a new EMEA cloud channel program for technology providers such as ISVs. It has been built to support partners to expand, enhance and scale their solutions in the cloud.

Cloud Innovation Factory isn't simply about technology. It's about understanding each business's needs, challenges, and objectives to develop a blueprint for success that can be adapted over time. The programme is vendor-neutral and is designed to align with the technologies each partner is using in their solution.

 

Who is it for?

Cloud Innovation Factory is aimed at technology partners who develop software and solutions which they then sell to their customer base. The providers can be split into four main categories:

  • Developing ISVs - born-in-the-cloud, early in their growth curve and looking to rapidly scale
  • Established ISVs - actively looking for ways to scale and expand and target new growth areas
  • Optimisers - ​​provide technologies for developers or IT pros to improve their applications, edge or component technologies rather than standalone solutions
  • Legacy - primarily on-premises and often looking to modernise through cloud platforms, often work with customers that are either relucent or cautious about their move to the cloud.

We know that each business has its own objectives, aspirations, culture, capabilities and customers. Cloud Innovation Factory will provide a structured framework, increased consistency, and demonstrate value to technology partners in terms of expanding, enhancing, and scaling their solutions to build for their future.

 

What will it do for my business?

Cloud Innovation Factory will help ISVs, at whatever stage, to build for the future. Our teams will enable and expand the technology providers’ usage of cloud technologies, scale market-ready solutions, integrate into marketplaces, better apply subscription models and understand different channel models to grow with other partners.

The Arrow team will take partners through an engagement process that includes:

  • Onboarding and optimising - to onboard solutions with Arrow and future proof them for long term success
  • Your business - service and solutions designed to accelerate time to market and find new opportunities to grow your business.
  • Continuously innovate - keeping solutions updated to address the changing needs of customers.

Content and outputs will cover everything from creating a value proposition to training and consultancy services as well as marketing, demand generation and vendor best practice.
