How does the service work?
At 60 days ahead of any contract end, our Symantec Renewals Team will be engaged to create and send out a reminder letter to the partner who owns the contract with the end customer. The letter contains all the details about the service, the renewal quote itself, as well as the exact date that the contract is due to expire.
Upon receipt of this renewal quote, the partner will then be able to plan accordingly as to how they wish to proceed to contact their end customer, in order to secure that business once again.
If at any point over these next 60 days the partner needs extra support, the renewals team from Arrow is there to answer any questions, to ensure that the business can be re-secured with the partner.
