The TS1101-100DB is a fully assembled development board for testing the TS1101-x range of bidirectional current-sensing amplifiers. The board has all of the required components for the TS1101-x, including decoupling capacitors and sense resistor. The TS1101-100DB measures 2 × 2 inches, while all inputs and outputs have large pads and holes for attaching external wires. The board is configured to enable bidirectional current sensing, and the size of the current-sense resistor used is 50 mΩ ±0.5%. To use this development board, a dual-output DC supply, three digital voltmeters, and a load resistor or active load are required.
