Save & Close Arrow MultiSolution Day Article - Prague 2026
With the possibility of unexpected situations emerging at any time, our Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) must be prepared for this new space race. Recent findings from the Ethics + Emerging Sciences Group found that cyberattacks in space are becoming an urgent concern, highlighting an increased need for more proactive approaches to security planning. This will ensure the safety and success of space operations in this evolving landscape.
In addition to addressing cybersecurity threats to low-earth orbit (LEO) satellites, we must also consider the importance of effective cable management strategies for machine vision systems. Proper cable management not only minimizes the risk of interference and damage but also enhances the overall efficiency of our operations. By organizing cables neatly and securely, we can prevent tangling and ensure that data transmission remains uninterrupted. Implementing strategies such as using cable trays, ties, and labeling can significantly improve the reliability of our machine vision setups. By examining both the cybersecurity threats and the physical infrastructure, we can build a comprehensive understanding of the new space-cyber frontier and what we must do to defend this expanding attack surface.
