Simple, functional protection for your PCB and its electronic components, the UCS enclosure is an ideal choice for those looking for an IP40 rated electronic housing that can be used in various environments with various mounting styles.  The UCS electronic enclosure comes in two different colors, and multiple heights which allows you to protect one or more PCBs all in one single housing. Flexible Design

The UCS comes standard in four housing sizes: 

- 125 x 87 mm
- 145 x 125 mm
- 195 x 145 mm
- 237 x 195 mm

Two housing heights – 47 or 67 mm

Colors in light grey, or deep black with turquoise fastening elements such as the special corner inlays which can be used to attach your PCB to.

Single Board Computers – Raspberry Pi B+, Beaglebone, Arduino and more

Developed specifically for Raspberry Pi B+, Beaglebone, Arduino and other single board computers this simple yet functional electronics enclosure is the ideal solution to give your single board computer the protection it deserves. As seen in Figure 2 you can now safely enclose these fragile single board computers from the everyday elements in factory environments, building automation applications, and any other indoor environment where control and networking are necessary.

The Raspberry Pi B+ model and other single board computers can be simply installed by attaching the pre-molded “feet” to the PCB  and then using the adhesive on the feet to be mounted to the bottom cover the of the enclosure. The pre-cut side walls provide easy integration with the Raspberry Pi B+ by providing you with full access to all the ports on the PCB. Once installed and mounted, simply insert the side walls and screw down the top cover to secure the enclosure.

Flexible Mounting Options

Once your Rapsberry Pi B+ single board computer or custom electronic PCB has been mounted, you can mount the UCS via different methods and orientations (figure 3). UCS can be mounted on top of other UCS enclosures, via DIN rail adapter that allows you to place your single board computer cleanly within your control cabinet, and via either soft mound feet that stand the case up loosely or screwed into a solid surface.
