This scr BTW69-1200N thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics is a bistable switch that will turn on when a current is triggered. This device has a surge current rating of 763 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 1200 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 1200 V. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.
