Human Rights

Arrow is committed to respecting human rights as a fundamental part of how we conduct business and earn trust.   Our commitment extends across our operations and value chain and reflects our belief that  ethical conduct,  fair labor practices, and responsible sourcing are essential to long-term success.

Human rights principles are embedded in our culture, policies, and business practices.  We seek to create and maintain a work environment that respects dignity, promotes fairness, and holds ourselves and our partners accountable to internationally recognized standards.

Human Rights at a Glance

Integrity, Dignity, and Accountability

At a glance, our commitment includes:

  • Respecting the rights of workers and promoting fair, safe, and lawful working conditions
  • Prohibiting forced labor and child labor in any form
  • Preventing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
  • Applying risk‑based human rights due diligence across our supply chain
  • Holding suppliers and partners to clear human rights expectations
  • Providing confidential grievance mechanisms

Our Approach

Our approach is guided by internationally recognized frameworks and industry standards, including the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the United Nations Global Compact, and the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. These frameworks inform our policies, training, due diligence, and engagement across our operations and supply chain.

Scope

Our human rights approach applies to our operations and extends to suppliers and business partners through our policies, contractual commitments, and engagement.

Governance and Oversight

Oversight of human rights matters is embedded within Arrow’s broader governance and compliance framework. Our policies, risk assessments, and due diligence processes are reviewed periodically to align with applicable laws, international standards, and evolving risks.

Risk‑Based Due Diligence

We take a risk‑based approach to identifying, assessing, and managing human rights risks in our operations and value chain. This approach prioritizes areas where risks may be more likely or severe and informs our policies, supplier engagement, monitoring activities, and remediation efforts.

Our Commitments in Practice

We seek to uphold these principles by:

Respecting the Rights of Workers

Respecting the rights of  employees, contractors, and supply chain workers to reasonable working hours, fair wages, safe working conditions, and lawful freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Upholding Fair and Respectful Treatment

Maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and providing access to grievance mechanisms to raise and seek resolution.

Prohibiting Forced Labor

Prohibiting forced labor in any form, in both our operations and our value chain.

Preventing Child Labor

Preventing child labor by maintaining a minimum employment age of 18, consistent with applicable laws and international labor standards.

Promoting Responsible Business Practices

Promoting responsible business practices with suppliers and partners through standards of conduct, contractual commitments, due diligence, ethical sourcing, transparency, and collaboration on continuous improvement.

Access to Grievance Mechanisms and Remedy

Providing mechanisms for employees and external stakeholders to raise concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Where adverse impacts are identified, we seek to address them through appropriate corrective actions and engagement.

Supporting Communities Where we Operate

Encouraging positive impact through volunteerism, responsible environmental practices, and local engagement that supports quality of life and sustainable development.

Continuous Improvement

Respecting human rights is an ongoing effort. We continue to review and enhance our policies, training, and due diligence practices to respond to emerging risks, stakeholder feedback, and evolving expectations.
