We foster a culture of compliance where doing the right thing is expected, encouraged, and embedded in our daily work.  

Who the Program Applies To

Our compliance program applies to all Arrow employees, officers, and directors.  It also extends to third parties acting on Arrow’s behalf, including suppliers, distributors, agents, and other business partners.

Pillars of Our Compliance Program

Our compliance program puts principles into practice through a risk-based framework overseen by senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Key elements of the program  include:

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong global framework of policies and standards
  • Delivering compliance training for employees globally
  • Promoting  awareness through ongoing compliance communications and campaigns
  • Conducting due diligence and ongoing monitoring business partners
  • Providing secure, confidential reporting channels including the AlertLine, and investigating concerns with appropriate corrective action
  • Reporting regularly to executive leadership and the Audit Committee
  • Assessing program  effectiveness and  driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring clear oversight, accountability, and program governance

Speaking Up Without Fear of Retaliation
