Arrow’s AlertLine

Arrow’s AlertLine is a confidential reporting channel administered by an independent third party and available globally in multiple languages. Reports may  be submitted  by phone or through the web, and reporters may choose to  remain anonymous, where permitted by local law.

Reports submitted through the Alertline are reviewed by  compliance professionals for initial assessment and, as appropriate, assigned to qualified investigators for further review.  All reports are handled with discretion and respect for the individuals involved.

Important Notice

Based on the findings, Arrow may take appropriate corrective and remedial actions tailored to the facts and circumstances of each case.  Actions may include targeted training, corrective action plans, policy or process enhancements, and disciplinary measures up to and including termination. Investigation outcomes are also reviewed to identify trends, assess root causes, and strengthen controls to reduce the  risk of recurrence.
