Arrow’s AlertLine
Arrow’s AlertLine is a confidential reporting channel administered by an independent third party and available globally in multiple languages. Reports may be submitted by phone or through the web, and reporters may choose to remain anonymous, where permitted by local law.
Reports submitted through the Alertline are reviewed by compliance professionals for initial assessment and, as appropriate, assigned to qualified investigators for further review. All reports are handled with discretion and respect for the individuals involved.

Other Reporting Channels
Arrow employees may raise concerns through other internal channels, including:
- Their direct supervisors or another manager within their reporting line
- A senior leader
- The Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources teams
Arrow’s Open Door Policy encourages employees to report concerns at any level of the organization and ensures access to appropriate resources for guidance and support.
Investigation Process
Concerns raised through our reporting channels are handled fairly, consistently, objectively, and confidentially, to the extent permitted by law. Investigations may include interviews, document review, and other fact gathering activities necessary to assess the matter.
Based on the findings, Arrow may take appropriate corrective and remedial actions tailored to the facts and circumstances of each case. Actions may include targeted training, corrective action plans, policy or process enhancements, and disciplinary measures up to and including termination. Investigation outcomes are also reviewed to identify trends, assess root causes, and strengthen controls to reduce the risk of recurrence.
Non-Retaliation
Arrow is strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern, asks a question, or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is not tolerated, and concerns about retaliation are reviewed and addressed promptly.
