Analog Devices AD9375BBCZ is an integrated Dual RF Transceiver designed for 3G& 4G cell base transceiver station or active antenna systems. This transceiver consists of wideband direct conversionsignal paths with state-of-the-art noise figure and linearity. The dual differential Tx and Rx subsystems include dc offset correction, QEC, and programmable digital filters, which eliminates the need fordigital baseband functions. The transceiver features a tunable range from 300MHz to 6000MHz, Tx synthesis bandwith to 250 MHz, and Rx bandwidth from 8MHz to 100MHz. Lastly, this full feature synthesizer comes in a production ready 12x12mm 196 chip scale BGA package.
