Avail the benefits of the new PhotoMOS® HE series, the AQV258H5, rated at 1,500 V rounds off Panasonic Industry's range of MOSFET relays at the upper end of the load voltage scale.It offers 5kV I/O isolation and an increased clearance and creepage distance on output side. This – and its 1-Form-A DIP5 package – render it particularly interesting as switching solution for Battery Management Systems (BMS) in storage systems, charging stations, and numerous other control applications in the field of high voltage measurement and infrastructure.

The new AQV258H5 series comes with 5pins to serve different creepage and clearance requirements. But there is also 6pins type available. Both types are available with through-hole or surface-mount terminations.

Immaculately reliable: PhotoMOS® relays with a MOSFET output enjoy an almost unlimited lifetime if used according to the specifications. Their On-resistance remains stable throughout their entire lifetime – and they are unaffected by vibration which offers many industrial markets a beneficial alternative to electromechanical relays.
