Op Amp Single High Speed Amplifier ±18V 8-Pin PDIP N Tube

The AD711 family of high-speed, BiFET Op Amps incorporate FET inputs to provide an input bias current of 15 pA (50 pA maximum), input off-set current of 10pA, and a maximum input offset voltage of 2 mV. These Op Amps have a Unity Gain Bandwidth of 3 MHz and a 16 V / µS minimum slew rate. The operating voltage is ±18 V with an internal power dissipation of 500 mW, an input voltage of ±18 V, a typical output voltage range of ±13.8 V, and an open loop gain of 400 V/mv. The temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, though the AD711S is -40°C to +125°C. The AD711 family of high-speed, BiFET Op Amps are available in packages, including PDIP and SOIC.
