Use this triac BTB12-600CRG thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics as a bistable switch in your circuit. This device has a surge current rating of 126 A. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube.
