Hoses

Hoses are pieces of tubing used to transport fluid. While most hoses take circular forms and are flexible, they also exist as tubes or pipes if made more solid and cylindrical. Hoses have varied designs based on their applications.Atypical hoses (e.g. garden hoses) are usually rubberized. Examples of rubber hoses are the straight rubber hose (like a fuel hose), curved hose, universal hose (a flexible hose which is clamped on one side), Formable hose (with wires within) and Fuel hose (with metal tubes within) and power brake booster hose. Other hoses like a braided hose are usually reinforced by materials such as steel or nylon to endure pressure. Hoses used for industrial purposes namely hydraulic hoses are manufactured to stand immense temperatures and pressures. They are also outfitted steel on their edges. Hydraulic hoses usually have an inner tube made to compliment the type of fluid it transports. Such interiors are ideally made from man-made rubbers for fluid elasticity and stress resistance. The inner tube is later reinforced by another layer of braided wire to prevent wear and tear. The final and outer layer is made of resilient materials. Another variant of a hose would be the pressure hose. Such hoses have to be resistant to pressure and chemicals. Users can also opt for hose coupling for greater efficiency. Such hoses are usually comprised of steel, aluminum, brass or other sturdy materials. 더 읽기 읽기 안 함
