Shipping Preferences and Availability
Cutoff Times
For same day shipments with overnight shipping, orders must be placed on Monday - Friday before 9pm ET. Cut-off time for all ground shipments is 11pm ET. Orders placed after cut-off times will be shipped on the next business day.
Costs
Arrow.com offers competitive shipping options through top carriers DHL, FedEx and UPS. We also offer shipping account services for customers who wish to be billed directly for shipping.
Shipping Method
Select a service for each shipment to see the estimated delivery date. You may use your own shipping account number for all carriers other than USPS (United States Postal Service). Additional shipping charges may occur for shipments over 22lb/10kg. Customer is responsible for any duties and taxes not charged by us.
Shipping Restrictions
Weight and Method Restrictions
Weight restrictions and delivery restrictions are dictated by carrier. Ground shipment is currently only available to USA destinations from USA destinations.
HAZMAT Restrictions
Items classified as Hazardous Materials must be shipped via ground shipment and by a HAZMAT approved vendor. Combined orders containing one or more HAZMAT items will have those HAZMAT items shipped via an approved vendor via ground service while all other items are shipped as requested.
ECCN Restrictions
Arrow.com offers items that may be classified as export controlled and subject to Export Administration Regulations. Arrow Electronics is committed to complying with all trade control laws and regulations worldwide.
