ADRV9371-WPCBZ from Analog Devices is a highly integrated wideband RF transceiver that offers dual channel transmitters and receivers. There are also a variety of other features in the products including integrated synthesizers, digital signal processing functions, and high performance with low power. The AD9371 operates at both licensed and unlicensed cellular bands given its 300MHz to 6000MHz range and receiver and transmitter synthesis bandwidths of up to 100MHz. Each receiver and transmitter subsystem includes DC offset correction, QEC, programmable digital filters and an observation receiver channel with two inputs to monitor each transmitter output. There are also a native auxiliary ADC, multiple DACs, and general purpose IOs to allow for additional control or monitoring capabilities. This product is intended for 3&4G micro and macro base stations and multicarrier picocells, FDD and TDD active antenna systems, and microwave non-line-of-sight backhaul systems.
