The QN908x is a range of ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5 SoCs that incorporate a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M4F core, Bluetooth Low Energy (5.0)-compliant radio, link controller, host stack, and GATT profiles. The SoC includes 512 kB of on-chip flash memory, 128 kB of SRAM, and 256 kB of ROM, as well as ROM API support for flash In-System Programming (ISP). The QN908x includes a range of peripherals such as USART, I2C, SPI, USB, quadrature decoders, DMA with up to 20 channels, up to 35 GPIO, and a 16-bit ADC with eight external input channels. The QN908x can be used as a single-chip solution for Bluetooth environments and is available in either a 6 × 6-mm HVQFN48 or a 3.28 × 3.20-mm WLCSP package.
