The ARTIK 020 is a Bluetooth Module targeted for low energy applications where reliable RF, low-power consumption, and easy application development are key requirements.  At +8 dBm TX power, ARTIK 020 is ideal for applications requiring short and medium range Bluetooth connectivity.

The Samsung ARTIK 020 Developer Kit comes with everything you need to start developing your Bluetooth Smart-based products. In addition to the ARTIK 020 module, mounted on a carrier board, you get the developer board, a debug adapter, and an expansion board that includes sensors and buttons so you can start experimenting right away. We also include a USB cable for power and programming, and a lithium button cell for standalone power. 

Note: IAR Embedded Workbench is required for Bluetooth Low Energy Development. A 30-day trial license for IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM is available with the ARTIK 020 Developer Kit.
