Texas Instruments brings you their latest TPS60131PWP charge pump voltage doubler, a device that has the ability to raise or lower the voltage across parts in your circuit. With an output that has a voltage of 5 V, this is power management at its best. Its output produces a current of 300(Max) mA. In order to ensure parts aren't damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This inverting charge pump has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7 V and a maximum of 5.4 V.
