Using the UCC2805N pulse-width modulated controller, developed by Texas Instruments, easily regulate the amount of voltage entering your external circuit. Its single PWM output produces a current of 1000(Max) mA. This current mode controller supports boost|flyback|forward topology. You can operate this at a switching frequency of 1000 kHz.
