The NCT375DR2G from ON semiconductor is a two-wire, serially programmable temperature sensor with an interrupt to signal out-of-limit conditions and a built-in, high-resolution, sigma-delta ADC. Runs on input voltages of 3.0 to 5.5V, has an operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C, and communicates via SMBus/I2C interface. This RoHS-compliant product is suitable for:
