Product Description
The MT25QL128ABA is a 3 V, multiple I/O serial NOR flash memory that features a high-speed SPI-compatible serial bus interface, execute-in-place (XIP) functionality, advanced write protection mechanisms, and extended address access.
Clock frequency can reach 133 MHz for all protocols in STR and 90 MHz for all protocols in DTR and with its Dual/Quad I/O commands it increases through-put up to 90 MB/s. This version has a density of 128 Mb (16 MB) and is stacked as a 1 die.
Configuration settings can include both volatile and non-volatile and has a dedicated 64-byte OTP area outside the main memory that is readable and user-lockable. It has erase capability of bulk erase, sector erase of 64 KB uniform granularity, and subsector erase 4 KB, 32 KB granularity.
