How does the Lowest Price Guarantee Work?

If you find a lower advertised price for the same item (identical brand and model number) by authorized distributors* at the time of purchase, send a screenshot and url to our representatives via chat. Arrow.com will match the price, subject to verification and the terms and exclusions below.

Terms:

• All ArrowPerks members are eligible for Arrow’s Lowest Price Guarantee. Join the free ArrowPerks loyalty programtoday.
• This offer applies only to the advertised online price of identical items offered for sale by authorized distributors*
• The identical item must be the same brand and model number, in the same packaging and quantity, and must be in stock and available for immediate shipment by the select retailer* at the time of the price match.
• The price for an item or offer must be listed, valid, and immediately available at the time of price match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.
• Price match applies to verifiable public pricing only.
• Price match applies to orders of $10,000 (US) or less.
• All price matches are done against pre-tax prices.
• The matched price cannot be combined with any other Arrow.com promotion or discount.
• We will match the price only once per item per customer.
• Only one item per order is eligible for the price match
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without notice but will honor any eligible price matching requests prior to the date the Lowest Price Guarantee is discontinued.

  Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, limited quantity, deal of the day, flash sales, or discounted items.
• Any price based on rebates, coupons, rewards points, loyalty or membership discounts, educational offers, financing offers, typographical errors, bundling of products or services, gift card offers, credit card offers, service offers, sales tax promotions, or free items.
• This offer is not valid when comparing to another web property of Arrow Electronics, Inc.
• Marketplace or auction site prices, prices from third party sellers, and prices from mass source suppliers.
• Add-on services such as extended warranty or installation.
• This Lowest Price Guarantee is not currently available to customers in Asia.
• Products from Altera, FTDI Chip, Linear Technology, Micron Semiconductor, Micron Technology, Mean Well, Microchip, NVIDIA, and Raspberry Pi Foundation are excluded.

*The term “distributor” excludes mass source suppliers, auction sites, and third party sellers whose products are sold through a retailer’s online marketplace.
