Recognizing the need for more energy efficiency, Infineon has developed a new product portfolio of innovative digital controllers to regulate fans, pumps and compressors used in these appliances. These controllers enable the appliances to use the energy in a more energy-efficient, smarter way. The other electronic components from Infineon that contribute to higher energy efficiency of home appliances are IPMs, gate drivers and sensors.
