Antenna Guide

Antenna Guide

An antenna is a transducer that converts radio frequency fields into alternating current, or vice versa. There are both receiving and transmission antennas for sending or receiving radio transmissions.

Antennas must be integrated into wireless devices from their inception. For a design to be successful, it is crucial that the antenna is not viewed as just another component. The Antenna cannot be added at the end of the design phase; it must be designed in from the very beginning of the product concept.
