Arrow Electronics, Inc. Return Material Authorization Policy (“RMA Policy”)

Arrow Electronics, Inc. – Arrow North America Components Distribution/Global Alliance

Introduction
This RMA Policy defines Arrow Electronics, Inc.’s Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) policy for Pick and Ship Product for Arrow North America Components business (“Arrow”). This RMA Policy does not apply to Arrow Global Services.

By purchasing any Pick and Ship Product from Arrow, you (referred to as “You”, “Your” or “Customer” below) agree to this RMA Policy.

This RMA Policy is subject to Arrow Electronics, Inc.’s Terms and Conditions of Sale – Americas (CUST-CON-012) (“Terms”) which can be found at: https://www.arrow.com/en/legal/terms-and-conditions-of-sale. Further, this RMA Policy may be subject to supplier requirements and applicable laws.

1.    Instructions
1.1. It is the policy of Arrow that Customers are to obtain authorization prior to returning Product for any reason.
1.2. Customers must contact their Arrow Sales representative to request a return or go to MyArrow.com to initiate a
return request. Arrow Digital customers may utilize any contact method found on Arrow.com – Contact & Support

2.    What product can be returned?
2.1. Customer must notify Arrow of shortages, damages, or defects in writing within 10 days from delivery of such Products. After this 10 day period, Customer's return privileges are defined below.
2.2. For Arrow Digital purchases only, Products in acceptable or resalable condition which are returned for reason other than non-conformities may be returned within 30 days of the applicable invoice date subject to the terms and conditions of this RMA Policy. For all other non-Arrow Digital purchases, any returns of Products are subject to written approval by Arrow. For any Product return, Products must be returned in original unopened manufacturer packaging and include all original packaging material, accessories, software, manuals and/or other documents). Further, such Products must be in unused condition, untested, unprogrammed and arrive in resalable condition unless otherwise approved by Arrow.
2.3. Only Products originally sold by Arrow will be accepted for return. As set forth in Arrow’s Terms, Customer warrants that any Products returned are the original Products Arrow shipped to Customer and are unaltered.
2.4. Note: Products that are specified as Non-Standard Products or Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable (NC/NR), either at the time of purchase or that become such after they have been in the Customer’s possession, are not eligible for return.

3.    Return Material Authorizations (RMA(s)).
3.1. In the event Arrow authorizes a return due to nonconformities, which may be subject to applicable supplier requirements and the terms found within this RMA Policy, Customer’s remedies will be in line with Arrow’s Terms.
3.2. In the event Arrow Digital authorizes a return of Products as described in section 2.2, which may be subject to applicable supplier requirements and the terms found within this RMA Policy, Arrow will provide a refund for the returned Product.
3.3. The RMA provided by Arrow is valid for 30 days once issued. In the event Product is not received by Arrow within such 30 days, the RMA is null and void. Arrow may refuse any received Products after such date.
3.4. For all Arrow Digital customer returns, (i) return freight must be prepaid by Customer and (ii) title and risk of loss for any all returned Product remains with Customer until received and accepted by Arrow.
3.5. Product returns may be subject to restocking charges.
3.6. Please clearly mark the RMA number on return shipments.
3.7. Unauthorized/Discrepant (Nonconforming) Returns are subject to refusal. In the event Customer returns Products without authorization, Arrow may dispose of the Products or ship the Products back to the Customer in accordance with Arrow’s Terms.
3.8. Arrow reserves the right to withdraw approval and deny repair, replacement, credit or other refund if the Customer has not complied with the terms of this RMA Policy.

6.    Changes to this Policy
This RMA Policy is subject to change and any changes are effective upon Arrow posting the updated RMA Policy to its website. If any of these terms and conditions are found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.

Definitions

“Arrow Digital” purchases are made through arrow.com.

“Non-Standard Products or Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable (NC/NR)” – Product classified as either non-returnable, special purchase, non-franchised, last time buy, discontinued from the supplier, or non-standard Products, including, but not limited to, special orders, assemble-to-order Products, and value-added Products, including all Products that become non-returnable to the supplier due to programming, testing, marking or any other value-added services performed.

“Pick and Ship Product” is Product purchased from original manufacturer and distributed by Arrow.

“Unauthorized/Discrepant (Nonconforming) Returns” includes, but is not limited to, Product returned that exhibits any of the following:

  • Product returned without Arrow’s written authorization
  • Product returned with no RMA number issued (unauthorized)
  • Wrong product
  • Wrong Product condition
  • Wrong or invalidated date code(s)
  • Any Product deemed counterfeit by Arrow
  • Additional quantities
