This is an ideal part for power hybrid modules as it boasts a power rating of up to 15W for assemblies on thermal substrates like DBC ceramic or IMS. These resistors also provide values ranging from 200μΩ to 2mΩ and a corresponding power rating of 10W on FR4, with a maximum measurable current over 200A.
