The Cypress HyperFlash™ + HyperRAM™ MCP offers economy and performance in a single package. This complete 3V interface HyperBus™ memory solution combines 128 Mb—512 Mb HyperFlash™ with 64 Mb HyperRAM™. Users get fast boot and instant-on capabilities from its high-speed NOR Flash memory and an expanded scratch memory from the self-refresh DRAM, all in a minimized footprint. The HyperBus™ interface reduces pin count by 70% compared to competing SDRAM and Quad SPI solutions. A single, 48mm2 24-Ball BGA allows for a 77% comparative space savings.

The HyperFlash™ + HyperRAM™ MCP is ideal for space-constrained embedded solutions looking to optimize performance across a wide range of applications, both consumer and industrial. The MCP is offered in both industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and industrial plus (-40°C to +105°C) temperature range options and can provide the type of robust performance that automotive systems, infotainment and other high-performance consumer and industrial applications need.
