If a user sends the control command through the mobile phone terminal APP, the back-end system of the Telemmatics Service Provider (TSP) sends a monitoring request to the vehicle-borne T-BOX, and after the vehicle acquires the control command, the control message will be sent through the CAN bus to realize the control of the vehicle. Finally, the operation result is fed back to the mobile phone APP of the user, such as remote start of the vehicle, turn on the air conditioner, adjustment of the seat to the proper position, etc.

This T-BOX solution is based on the Cypress S6J342AFTA platform, providing superior processing capabilities for data collection and management. The functional modules of the solution also include vehicle motion sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes), a WIFI + BT module providing wifi hotspots, monitoring of vehicle position in conjunction with GPS, and a 4G module for communicating with the cloud for remote monitoring, the user can read data and control the vehicle through the cloud by a mobile device. With the access speed of 80MHz internal flash memory, the flash memory can be reserved for up to 20 years, with up to 6 channels of CAN FD and 14 channels of multi-function serial port. It supports 64-channel 12-bit A/D converter with conversion rate of 1 Msps, supports low power consumption and low standby current in partial wake-up mode. ASIL-B supports ISO26262 specification with operating temperature up to 125 ℃.

The LTE mobile communication module of the Arrow ESC T-BOX solution adopts the vehicle level 4G all-network communication module A70 of Neoway Company, The A70 is an automotive chipset based on Qualcomm MDM9628, supports OpenLinux platform of powerful computing capacity and is equipped with automotive-level RF PA, RF switches, memory, etc. It can provide abundant application storage space and running memory and integrated development tools interface for client, support FOTA air upgrade and antenna detection application, and provide encryption / decryption API interface.

The WIFI and BT modules of the Arrow ESC T-BOX solution adopt the IVT I84, its system integrates the single-stream IEEE802.11ac mode, and supports WLAN operation at a speed of up to 433.3Mbps. It supports Bluetooth 4.1 and 3.0 + EDR as well as IEEE 802.11a / b / g / n / ac, and is certified by Bluetooth system and WLAN. Also supports Android / Win CE / Linux operating system.

In aspect of sensor, it adopts an ADXRS810 angular rate sensor (gyroscope), which has high vibration suppression capability in a wide frequency range, can provide 2000 g of electric shock impact capability, has SPI digital output, supports 16-bit data word, as well as continuous self-test and fail-safe functions. In addition, it is also equipped with ADXL312 three-axis accelerometer, which has 13-bit high-resolution measurement capability, the highest resolution reaches up to+ / - 12g.
