Keep Data Secure and Systems Performing

64Mb to 256Mb 3.0V Quad SPI FL-L NOR Flash Memory from Cypress has 4KB uniform sector size with fast program and sector erase times for optimized data writing and storage. With added security features like register and region protection as well as reduced PCB area and complexity, these versatile solutions keep data secure and systems performing.

High performance systems like Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), automotive entertainment clusters, video game consoles and networking equipment require high read bandwidth and fast program and sector erase times from their memory solutions all while still saving space. Cypress’s 64Mb to 256Mb 3.0-V Quad SPI FL-L NOR Flash Memory excels at all three by combining a Quad SPI with a 4KB uniform sector size in a small, optimized layout.

By leveraging a 66-MHz Double Data Rate (DDR) mode, Cypress FL-L NOR Flash devices offer a high read bandwidth of up to 66 MBps for fast program execution. Its small, 4KB uniform physical memory sector allows the device maximum flexibility for storing program code and parametric data. The device is versatile and rugged—the FL-L NOR Flash family isoffered in the Extended temperature range of  -40C to +125, offers AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, and is available in small 48-mm2 packages that save board space and simplify layout no matter the design.
