OMRON’s G3VM-VY relays offer reliability for test equipment

Explore the features, benefits, and applications of OMRON’s G3VM-VY relays.

The OMRON G3VM-VY are general-purpose MOSFET relays consisting of three different models: G3VM-61VY, G3VM-351VY and G3VM-401VY. These relays all come in SOP 4-pin packages and are characterized by improved load performance (60V, 350V or 400V), high isolation and wide temperature range (-40°C to 110°C).

The G3VM-VY relays all have a small size and weight that enables substantial space savings and feature a double mold structure that offers high dielectric strength of 3,750Vrms (between I/O).

The G3VM-VY relays can be used in various applications that require extreme features, such as high dielectric strength or high operating temperature. These applications include semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement equipment, power circuits, communication, security and industrial equipment, as well as battery-driven devices.
