Weller Tools’ ZERO SMOG EL: Keeping Your Workstation Clean and Smog-Free

Published By

Weller Tools has added to their expansive repertoire of bench tools with their new ZERO SMOG EL KIT 1N. The ZERO SMOG EL is a 120 V filtration volume extraction unit set designed for up to two workplaces, with over 99.95% particle filter separation degree MPPS (most penetrating particle size).

The ZEROM SMOG EL KIT 1N comes with the ZERO SMOG EL unit, which contains an M5 medium dust pre-filter and an H13 HEPA particle and 10% active carbon filter. The unit itself has a maximum vacuum of 2.5 kPa and a maximum capacity of 220 m3/hr, thanks to its maintenance-free brushless turbine. It runs at a quiet 55 dBA. The unit features four different speeds to optimize the blower’s control. The kit also contains the OF15 extraction arm, which is 1.5 m long and 60 mm in diameter, a mounting clamp and the OF15’s associated ALFA funnel nozzle, also 60 mm, which features Weller’s Easy-Click technology to ensure a tight fit. To go with your ZERO SMOG EL, you can also purchase a set of 10 extra pre-filters and one extra HEPA/10% carbon filter, as well as a box of fine dust F5 pre-filters and a remote control on/off switch.

Keep the atmosphere of your workspace safe (literally) with Weller Tools’ ZERO SMOG EL.
