AEONSEMI announced the industry's first high-performance monolithic CMOS oscillator Oct., 2020 and has shipped in volume to leading customers globally. The Arcadium™ family is a programmable oscillators capable of 10Hz to 350MHz with 350fs jitter, and +/-35ppm variation over industrial temperature range.
