Description
- Typical Application for ADP1196 is a high-side load switch designed for VIN operation between 0V and 5.5V with a VB_EN supply of 1.83V to 5.5V. The device contains an internal charge pump that operates from either VIN or VB_EN, whichever is higher and an Ultra Low on resistance, N-channel MOSFET. This N-channel MOSFET supports more than 2A of continuous current at VIN close to 0V and with its Ultra Low on resistance, minimizes power loss
