Description
- 174 MHz to 230 MHz DVB-T Power Amplifier with the BLF578. The BLF578 is a 1200 W LDMOS power transistor for broadcast transmitter applications and industrial applications from 10 MHz to 500 MHz. The transistor can deliver an average of 200 W DVB-T over the full VHF band
