The PSE-ICM is a 12-port Ethernet Jack containing PoE Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) circuitry, integrated gigabit LAN magnetics, and status indicator LEDs in a compact 2x6 ganged connector assembly. Designers of high-power PSE face a variety of technical challenges such as isolation, EMI/EMC, and heat dissipation
