Description
- MD1210DB1, Demo Board can drive a transducer as a single channel transmitter for ultrasound and other applications. The demo board consists of one MD1210 in a 12-lead 4x4x0.9 mm QFN (K6) package driving high voltage P and N channel FETs, TC6320, in an SO-8 package. The CPLD programmable logic circuit and on board 40MHz crystal oscillator generate accurate timing high-speed waveforms. There are multiple frequencies and waveforms combinations can be selected as bipolar pulses, PW or CW waveforms. External clock input can be used if the on board 40MHz-oscillator is disabled
