Description

  • Sensor field oriented control of 3-Phase AC induction motor power board for the ST10F276 MCU. Each half bridge is driven by a high voltage integrated circuit L6386. It is able to operate at voltage up to 600V. The logic inputs are CMOS logic compatible and the driving stages can source up to 400mA and sink 600mA. It integrates one upper and one lower side channel with two under-voltage lockout circuits and a comparator referred to 0.5V
