ADA4355: High-Speed Photodetector Receiver μModule®

The ADA4355 provides instrument level performance for measuring high-speed/low level currents in the industry's smallest form-factor with 75% space savings.

Key Features and Benefits

Small 6x12mm μModule BGA packaging for a complete low level/high-speed current receive solution. Allows embedding into small form factor applications like optical networking equipment or portable applications where size is key.
Wide Dynamic Range. Low Noise = 40dB OTDR Dynamic Range. Allows measurement of currents from micro-amps down to pico-amps.
Operable with narrow pulses <5nsec. Allows measurement of pulses which can detect closely spaced events.
