ADRF5042/3: Silicon SP4T Switch Non-Reflective, 44 GHz

ADRF5042 and ADRF5043 come in compact LGA SMT packages and offer flat characteristics in a wide range of operation up to 44GHz. Both are designed in SOI process and are pin compatible parts where the ADRF5042 is optimized for fast switching speed and ADRF5043 is optimized for low frequency of operation. Both devices runs on low supply voltage and bias currents and they do not need external components.
