The fourth generation of Analog Device’s µModule® Regulators includes the LTM4700 Dual 50A, Single 100A, the LTM4680 Dual 30A, Single 60A, and the LTM4678 Dual25A, Single 50A. These regulators offer new fourth generation packaging as well as the following features:
- • High power up to 600A and 12Vin
- • A simple PCB board layout
- • A component on package (COP) inductor that pulls heat from FETs
- • Efficient cooling with airflow or a coldplate on top
The newest µModule® Regulators from Analog Devices also include a I2C PMBus Interface that offers read and write voltage, current temperature, on/off, sequence, and a failsafe and fault monitor. Learn more in this short and informative video.
