- ADL5902-EVALZ, Evaluation Board is a fully populated, 4-layer, FR4-based for the ADL5902. For normal operation, it requires a 5 V/100 mA power supply. The 5V power supply should be connected to the pins labeled VPOS and GND. The RF input signal is applied to the SMA connector labeled IN and the output voltage is available on the SMA connector labeled VOUT
