• ML3080-EVB, Evaluation Kit for Si3080 is a third generation Direct Access Arrangement (DAA) line-side integrated circuit. The Si3080 interfaces directly to a HD Audio system-side module integrated within a third-party PC HD Audio Codec. The Si3080 is available in a 16-pin small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) package and leverages the mature DAA technology and shipping history for next-generation mobile modem designs. The ML3080 evaluation platform utilizes the standard MDC1.5 form factor and is suitable for both Line-Side Daughter Card (LDC) designs and modem-on-motherboard designs. The ML3080 board consists of the Si3080 line-side device with a few external discrete components that provide a low-cost, isolated, silicon-based interface to the telephone line to achieve global Telecom compliance
