- 150-270 V input GAN based totempole PFC @130KHz, 400V
- GAN based LLC Full bridge isolated DC-DC @500KHz with silicon based full bridge SR, target efficiency 99%
- 48V output ~80Amp with current sense (protection/set optional)
- Fully Analog controller (PFC/LLC/SR) based solution.
- Custom magnetics for Aux supply (flyback) and isolated LLC
- Shelf products: filter caps/inductors, PFC chocked, isolated current sense transformers (LLC/PFC)

Our 4kW reference design is at the forefront of the current trend to adopt GaN wide-bandgap transistors in applications above 1kW. This technology delivers numerous advantages, including smaller power-supply dimensions, cooler operating temperatures, and superior appliance energy ratings.
To realize this advanced design, our team utilized the latest GAN039-650NTB power transistors from Nexperia and worked with Yageo to develop specifications for the flyback transformer and resonant-circuit inductor. The GAN039-650NTB has cutting-edge device parameters, ensuring high reliability and low operating temperatures with simplified thermal management.
