The Micro-Lock PLUS family from Molex Incorporated includes several lines to best suit your connection needs. With options for connector headers and PCB receptacles, discrete wire housings and connector contacts, the EU and China RoHS compliant connector line features a 1.25 mm pitch, a maximum current rating of 1.5 A and a max voltage rating of 50 V in AC and DC applications.

The 5505568 series of Micro-Lock PLUS connectors are HDR, single-row shrouded vertical headers with tin-bismuth mating and termination. The series features 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 circuit capabilities, and its surface mount packaging is compact (5.75 x 3.85 x 4.2 mm) and has dual slot polarization.

The 5505567 series of Micro-Lock PLUS connectors are HDR, single-row shrouded right-angle headers with tin-bismuth mating and termination. Like their vertical counterparts, the 5505568, the series features 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 circuit capabilities, with similar compactness (5.75 x 4.2 x 3.85 mm) but a center/dual key polarization for its surface mount packaging.

The 505565 series of Micro-Lock PLUS connectors are RCP, single-row crimp receptacle housings with a positive locking system. Like the HDR header counterparts (5505568 & 5505567), the series features 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 circuit capabilities. While its packaging is slightly larger than its mates (4.5 x 4.12 x 6.1 mm), the cable mount discrete housing mates with the 5505568 and 5505567, and completes the connection between loose wiring and the board of your system. The associated terminal for the 505565 series is the 5054311000, which is a tin crimp/compression receptacle that mounts directly into the 505565 housing to provide simple and interchangeable wire connections.

The entire Micro-Lock PLUS family is a versatile connection option that is practical in automotive and industrial settings, and it will ensure communication in your system in the face of tight spaces and high temperatures.
